Don't book this - it was an expensive disaster Positive: Nothing, it was an awful apartment, we had to leave after one of our three booked nights because of safety issues with a door falling off the hinges and complete lack of basic comfort such as enough sheets or towels Negative: Safety issues, lack of basic facilities, poor service, lack of cleanliness, it was an awful experience, the service is only remote using text messages through this platform and they refused to resolve the problems while we were there We checked out after one night, letting the host company know we were cancelling the remaining two nights and had to book a hotel in the area. We ended up very out of pocket, we asked for a refund of the two cancelled nights, they said no, then we asked for the price of our hotel instead (which was much less than the two cancelled nights), they said no, they gave us a token refund of €177.36 of €1,182.40 which meant we were very out of pocket, and each of their emails said: "thank you for your understanding". It was an expensive disaster. It is true that there are some luxuries here such as two sinks in one of the two bathrooms and the wine cooler but who needs things like that when you are worried about a door falling on top of you and there aren't enough sheets or towels.

Kyseenalaistin tilanteen, yrityksellä oli vapaita huoneita (Booking.com) kyseiselle ajankohdalle, mutta yritys ei tarjonnut vaihtoehtoista ratkaisua, vaan toisti samaa mantraa - majoittautuminen ei ole mahdollista sisäisten syiden takia. Yrityksen mukaan korvausta haetaan Bookingin kautta ja yritys irtisanoutui täysin kantamasta minkäänlaista vastuusta äärimmäisen ikävästä tilanteesta. Tilanne johti siihen, että hankimme ja kustansimme itse korvaavan majoituksen ko. ajankohdalle.
